Tried this Mexican food truck and whew the gordita and elotes were SO good. It honestly reminded me of the food I had visiting elpaso. comforting, and made right. And let’s talk about that green sauce 🔥. Not just spicy for no reason… actually flavorful with a real kick to it. Definitely coming back.
Had the torta al pastor con todo as I like to do, came out piping hot and cheesy with plenty of avocado. The pastor was really well cooked and delicious, and sandwiched on great bread that didn't fall apart as I ate it. Pretty much everything you want in a torta.
A late Cinco de Mayo lunch at a new place, Juli's Tacos. The Quesabirria Combo & Elote en Vaso were delicious and the 2 ladies couldn't have been nicer (& patient w/my muy poquito espanol).
